Hi I’m Jess

I am a Librarian with a background in information design and applied experience in web development and digital services in libraries. As a creative problem solver and user-centred thinker, I coach others and deliver workshops on writing for the web, user experience, and design.

Currently, I am a Branch Manager at Burnaby Public Library.

PROJECTS

I’ve worked with amazing teams to create digital experiences that delight and inform. My current focus is leading my team and translating UX ways of doing and thinking into physical spaces and service delivery. When I get a chance, I like to tinker with side projects.
